Position: Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and guidelines.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, utilising our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, restocking supplies as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations during busy periods.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and licensing regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous bar experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in handling transactions.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old due to the nature of this role.
