Your Aramark journey starts here. Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Welfare Cleaner to join our team working at Woodsmith Mines, Sneaton, Whitby, YO22 5BF.
You will be responsible for cleaning welfare areas on site including boot rooms, offices and WC and shower areas. You will be cleaning to a high standard, ensuring all tasks are complete in good time and all equipment is stored safely.
To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

A day in the life of a Cleaner:
- You will be cleaning boot rooms, welfare areas, WC and shower facilities and offices, ensuring all standards are maintained throughout and all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Reporting hazards and checking over equipment to ensure they are in good condition, reporting any issues to management.
- You will be working alone on occasion and as part of a team, working together to ensure all daily tasks have been covered.
- Duties will include sweeping, mopping, hoovering, rubbish disposal and other general duties attached to the role.
You will be set up for success if you have:
- Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have legal right to work.
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- Previous experience is desirable, however full training will be given on site.
