What you will do:
- Take charge of the store and Post‑Office counter during shifts in the manager's absence.
- Lead and motivate the team to keep the shop running smoothly and customers happy.
- Open and close the store, handle cash, manage deliveries, and maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Control operational costs, including shrinkage and waste.
- Support team development and ensure high standards every day.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience.
- Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks (must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years).
- Strong leadership skills and a hands‑on approach.
Location: Premier Store, Brookwood, GU24 0DH
Hourly Rate: £12.50 | Hours: 35 per week (any 5 days out of 7)
