We're hiring a Restaurant Manager at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort to oversee our popular quick-service outlets comprising a variety of coffee shops. We're looking for ambitious Assistant Managers or Managers looking for experience in multi-unit management ready to take the next step in their career! This role has fantastic benefits such as complimentary tickets to all Merlin UK attractions, as well as being a development focused management role, with hands-on learning.
Along the way, you'll be encouraged to get involved in menu development and launches, business case proposals, and project improvements that will help shape the future of our resort catering offer, whilst receiving guidance and support from experienced managers.
A Day in the Life
- Leading your team to deliver excellent guest service and smooth daily operations
- Supporting the team to provide great menu knowledge and confidently manage allergen or dietary needs
- Taking ownership of internal and external audit requirements
- Driving team engagement, training, and development to build capability and confidence
- Managing labour, stock, and equipment ordering in line with budget
- Gaining valuable exposure to menu development, business planning, and project support alongside senior management
