Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced Duty Manager to join the team on a full time and permanent basis on site at the Harry Potter Studio, WD25 7LP. This role is 5/7 so flexibility on evenings and weekends is required.
Responsibilities
- Continually driving customer service standards, resolving issues before they arise.
- Support all service aspects of Studio Tour, Hospitality and Events.
- Lead, coach, develop and motivate the team to achieve our targets.
- Be organised and able to prioritise tasks, setting clear targets for team leaders to support you in running a successful shift.
- Confident in decision making, giving feedback and performance management.
- Profit and Loss - Stock control, ordering, rotation, wastage control, GP.
- Adhering to and enforcing all aspects of Food safety and Health & Safety.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in the same capacity.
- High level of energy, positivity and resilience coupled with working at pace and high volume.
- Extensive experience in managing and developing large teams.
- Excellent time management, highly adaptable, naturally positive.
- Minimum qualification of Food Safety Level 2 preferred.
