Alton Towers Resort is now recruiting Food & Beverage Assistants for the 2026 season. This is a seasonal role until November 2026 and you will be working on a seasonal variable contract, with an hourly rate dependent on age. You may be working front-of-house or behind the scenes in restaurants, fast-food outlets or coffee shops, delivering excellent customer service to park visitors. We provide all the training you need to succeed. We welcome applicants including students and parents looking to work around their studies or a few hours a week.
What This Role Entails:
- Processing orders on tills
- Engaging in conversations with customers
- Providing excellent dietary and menu knowledge
- Preparing and serving food and drink orders
- Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
- Providing guests with friendly, fast and efficient service
