Responsibilities Assist the Group Manager with day‑to‑day running of the unit and manage the team.
Delegate tasks to ensure business needs are met.
Provide excellent customer service and upsell opportunities.
Operate the till, handle cash and complete end‑of‑shift cashing up.
Deliver front‑of‑house services: prepare orders, oversee service.
Perform food production duties: heat, plate food, make hot and cold drinks, assist with general kitchen tasks.
Lead shifts and supervise the hospitality team, ensuring staff training is up to date.
Assist with stock management and stocktaking and complete relevant back‑office paperwork.
Qualifications Experience as a team leader in a catering environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
Excellent customer service skills.
Attention to detail.
Experience in employee training.
Working Hours and Compensation 15 hours per week, permanent position, Monday to Friday, 11:30am – 2:30pm.
Term time only, 39 weeks.
