Responsibilities
- Support Duty Managers to deliver high operational standards across restaurant and bar areas
- Lead shifts and ensure smooth day‑to‑day service
- Support the team with guest enquiries and deliver excellent customer service
- Help maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
- Complete daily checks and ensure procedures are followed
- Co‑coach, motivate, and support team members to perform at their best
- Drive sales opportunities and help achieve business targets
- Create a positive, energetic and supportive team culture
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, cafe, or food & beverage environment
- Leadership or supervisory experience is desirable but not essential
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay organised and perform well in a busy environment
- Positive attitude with a hands‑on approach to teamwork
