Responsibilities

  • Support Duty Managers to deliver high operational standards across restaurant and bar areas
  • Lead shifts and ensure smooth day‑to‑day service
  • Support the team with guest enquiries and deliver excellent customer service
  • Help maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
  • Complete daily checks and ensure procedures are followed
  • Co‑coach, motivate, and support team members to perform at their best
  • Drive sales opportunities and help achieve business targets
  • Create a positive, energetic and supportive team culture

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, cafe, or food & beverage environment
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is desirable but not essential
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay organised and perform well in a busy environment
  • Positive attitude with a hands‑on approach to teamwork
  • Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to the nature of the role
