Aramark, a leading global provider of food, facilities and uniform services, is seeking Food & Beverage Assistants for our Hotel Restaurant & Bar team at Alton Towers Resort. This seasonal position is available until November 2026 and offers flexible hours across the week, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Prepare and set up the restaurant for service.
- Provide excellent menu knowledge, assist guests with allergen and dietary enquiries.
- Ensure smooth and efficient table turnover in a fast‐paced environment while delivering memorable experiences.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, following recipes and guidelines.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, utilising the point‐of‐sale system.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and licensing regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast‐paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in handling cash transactions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Restaurant or bar experience preferred; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
