What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and support multiple hotel F&B outlets, helping to drive operational efficiency and service standards.
  • Assist in delivering outstanding guest experiences, exceeding KPIs, and helping to resolve escalated concerns.
  • Support commercial performance by helping with stock control, labour management, waste reduction, and cost management.
  • Coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team through structured feedback and leadership support.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards, assisting with audits and investigations as required.
  • Maintain a visible presence across the resort, supporting peak trading, briefings, and wider operational activities.

  • Experience managing F&B across multiple units.
  • Experience in a high-volume, quick-service environment.
  • Hands-on, organised, and commercially aware.
  • A confident team player who thrives in fast-paced operations.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and varied shift patterns.
