We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Baristas to join our team in Stevenage. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment where no two days are the same. If you're passionate about great coffee and great service, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do

  • Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold drinks, including artisan and speciality beverages
  • Providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and offering menu suggestions
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work and service areas
  • Receiving and processing customer payments efficiently and accurately
  • Managing stock - ordering, receiving, and distributing supplies

What we're looking for

  • Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
  • Complete MBDA security vetting
  • Previous Barista experience necessary
