You will be responsible for managing the coffee shop on site and ensuring all products are available and customers are served efficiently and comply with company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day‑to‑day operation of a small coffee shop within Weeton Barracks from 8:30am through to 2:30pm.
  • Support the general manager in running an efficient shop and provide a great service to our customers.
  • Ensure customers are looked after, deliveries are worked quickly, and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy area.
  • Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and manage operational costs including shrinkage and waste.

Qualifications

  • Must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have a legal right to work.
  • Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
  • Previous experience in a coffee shop or hospitality operation is desirable.

Contract Details

  • Full‑time position, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Shifts range between 8:15am and 2:45pm with an earlier finish on Friday, leaving evenings free.
  • Annual salary £19,629.36.
