What you’ll do
- Prepare and serve beverages
- Make high‑quality coffees (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.), teas, and other drinks following company recipes and standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, handle payments, and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain product knowledge
- Understand menu items, ingredients, and allergens to confidently answer customer queries and make recommendations.
- Operate coffee equipment
- Use and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene
- Keep the café, workstations, and equipment clean and compliant with food safety and health regulations.
- Handle cash and transactions
- Process payments using tills or POS systems accurately and responsibly.
