Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Leadership:

  • Support Head Chefs in managing a matchday dining operation with 13 outlets.
  • Champion a culture focused on quality, team development, and health and safety.

• Health & Safety:

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Implement company processes for hygiene, recording, stock management, and wastage control.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and UK law.

• Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee food production and operational delivery of all premium restaurants.
  • Ensure consistent and exceptional product quality.
  • Manage stock, including ordering, usage, wastage, and waste recording.
  • Conduct regular checks on fridge/freezer temperatures, food probing, and hot holding.

• Guest Focus:

  • Drive a guest-focused culture with an in-depth knowledge of hospitality standards.
  • Foster effective communication between front and back of house teams.

• Compliance:

  • Ensure food hygiene, COSHH, and due diligence systems are always complied with.
  • Be aware of accident reporting, maintenance fault reporting, and fire policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar environment.
• Positive and passionate focus on food and hospitality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Calm, resilient, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Full awareness of allergen and calorie procedures.
