Aramark UK is looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our friendly, motivated team at Northwood HQ.

What you'll do

  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service every day.
  • Support the Manager with stock control, staff rotas, and training.
  • Keep standards high by ensuring cleaning schedules are followed.
  • Operate tills, handle cash, and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Serve food and drinks while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Share your menu knowledge with customers and train new starters.

Previous supervisory experience is great, but not essential - we'll train you!

Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years, have the legal right to work, and pass security vetting and DBS checks.

A positive attitude, effective communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

  • Pay Rate: £14.12/hour
  • Hours: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours/week, 5 days out of 7 (includes some weekends)
