As a Logistics Team Member, you\βll be the backbone of our Food & Beverage (F&B) services. You\βll ensure everything runs smoothly, from cellar operations to event logistics, all while maintaining a safe and organized environment. Get ready to gain strong knowledge of our logistical processes and be part of the action!
Responsibilities
- Keep It Clean & Tidy: Maintain cleanliness and organization in all dry stores and cellar areas.
- Master of Storage: Accurately store and label all onsite goods.
- Quality Control: Ensure safe unloading and loading procedures for all incoming goods and equipment.
- Stock Management: Manage wet stock levels and ensure proper rotation.
- Event Day: Monitor and replenish stock levels during events/matchdays.
- Distribution: Distribute stock and goods to all retail and premium areas and bars.
- Safety First: Follow all health and safety guidelines, including wearing correct PPE.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Assist with stock, furniture, and equipment movements between bars, units, and kitchens.
- Waste Management: Ensure all waste is removed and recorded post-event.
- Issue Reporter: Report any stock level issues or equipment damage promptly.
- Goods Handler: Safely handle various items, including drinks, alcohol (keg) stock, bar and kitchen equipment, and food products.
- All-Rounder: Perform any other tasks requested by the line manager or Head of Department to ensure smooth logistics operations.

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative.
- Good understanding of English.
- Dedication and self-motivation.
- Good timekeeping.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High standard of personal hygiene.
- Courteous manner.
- Essential Experience: Previous work in a stadium or events environment; Knowledge of cellar services, including line-cleaning processes; Warehouse or stores experience.
- Desirable Experience: Front of House Retail / Hospitality experience; Back of House / Kitchen Porterage experience; Forklift / Pallet Truck experience.
