What you'll do:
- Food service delivery & quality control: Plan menus, food preparation, and ensure meals meet agreed service standards, nutrition guidelines, and client expectations.
- Team leadership & staffing: Recruit, train, rota, and supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain productivity, safety, and service consistency.
- Financial management: Control budgets, manage food and labour costs, forecast demand, and drive profitability while meeting contract KPIs.
- Compliance & safety: Ensure full adherence to food safety (HACCP), health & safety regulations, allergen management, and company policies.
- Client & stakeholder management: Act as the main point of contact for the client, manage feedback, implement service improvements, and support contract retention/growth.
