Responsibilities

Cooking and preparing food according to recipes and production guidelines, while adhering to food safety, handling and sanitation procedures.

Safely handle knives and equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, broilers, etc.

Provide high levels of service of food and/or beverages to customers.

Perform cleaning and replenishment duties associated with service and related equipment or furniture.

Ensure service areas are clean and stocked.

Assemble food and serve it efficiently, which may include light cooking.

Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures.

Work with minimal direction and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Must have resided in the UK for the past five years and have a legal right to work in the UK.

Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

Must be 18 or older.

Good understanding of written and spoken English.

Customer service experience.

Good time‑keeping.

Previous experience within a catering environment is ideal.

On‑the‑job training will be provided and the candidate must acquire a basic food hygiene qualification within the first six months of employment.
