Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Catering Assistant to join our team at GOGGS, London, SW1A 2HQ. We are seeking a passionate coffee enthusiast to prepare specialty hot drinks and provide excellent customer service at the tills. You will work with a fantastic team supporting the daily operations of the unit.

A day in the life of a Hospitality Assistant:
- Setting Up: Arrange tables, chairs, and decorations for events, ensuring everything is ready before guests arrive.
- Serving Food and Drinks: Serve food and beverages to guests during events, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen and serving areas clean and organized, including washing dishes and utensils.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock supplies such as napkins, cutlery, and condiments.
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and requests, providing excellent service throughout the event.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the event coordinator to ensure smooth event execution, handling last-minute changes.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure hygienic food preparation and service.
- When not busy, assist other departments, including covering holidays or sickness in the restaurant, deli, or café, and attending to vending machines.
Qualifications and Eligibility:
- Must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- Previous catering/hospitality experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
What We Offer:
- Full-time position, 32 hours/week, with shifts between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Thursday, with occasional Fridays.
- Hourly rate of £13.15.
