Role
A day in the life of a General Service Assistant:
- You will be serving food and beverages to customers, ensuring all health and safety protocols are adhered to and excellent customer service is always provided.
- Stocking up, stock rotation, facing up, spot cleaning, cleaning dining and serving areas, both front and back of house.
- Operating the till and processing cash and card payments, ensuring you process any financial records accordingly.
- You will also be serving on the food counters and upselling products/sizes.

Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Part-time General Service Assistant in their Defence sector to be a part of our integral team at Regents Park Barracks, London NW1 4AL. You will be supporting day-to-day operations by serving food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages to our customers, alongside till work, cleaning dining areas and supporting both front and back-of-house areas. You will provide excellent customer service and report to the General Manager on site.
- Part-time, permanent position: 16 hours/week, 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday).
- Shift times: 18:30 – 20:30.
- Hourly rate: £12.21.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the UK and have resided in-country for more than 5 years.
- DBS checks are required for this role with the likelihood of increasing to an Enhanced DBS.
- Previous customer-facing / food service experience is desirable, however full training will be given on site.
- Must be 18+.
- Proficient level of spoken English.
- Ability to work alone.
- Security checks are required for this role.
