Role Overview
Aramark UK is recruiting a Food Service Assistant to join our team at Coleg Cambria, Ruthin, LL15 2LB. The role involves basic food preparation, front‑of‑house duties, operating tills, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers.
- Perform general kitchen duties, including food preparation, cooking sandwiches, and cold food.
- Handle general front‑of‑house duties such as clearing tables, table service, and customer service.
- Operate the till and process payments.
- Restock items and manage stock rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness of both front and back of house, including sweeping, mopping and general housekeeping.
- Support team with multi‑skilled tasks and exhibit a can‑do attitude.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work.
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- Previous experience in hospitality or related field is advantageous.
Location & Hours
- Working at Coleg Cambria, Ruthin, LL15 2LB.
- Full‑time, 30 hours per week.
- Shifts Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 2:00 pm on a rota basis.
- Term‑time only role.
