We're looking for a passionate, driven Junior F&B Manager to join our high-energy Food & Beverage team at Chessington World of Adventures. The Role: As a Junior F&B Manager you'll be right at the heart of the operation, ensuring our restaurants and food units run smoothly during busy service periods. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where strong leadership and organisation are key. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing restaurants and food units during service
  • Assigning and supporting team members in their roles
  • Organising schedules and daily staffing requirements
  • Delivering excellent customer service and handling guest enquiries or complaints
  • Training staff to follow procedures and brand standards
  • Maintaining food safety, hygiene and quality standards
  • Driving operational excellence during peak trading
  • Opening and closing units, including cash handling and cashing up

You'll be set up for success if you:

  • Have experience in food and beverage, hospitality, catering or retail
  • Have experience in leading or supervising teams
  • Are hands-on, organised and calm under pressure
  • Have strong communication skills and a flexible approach to working hours
