As a Demi Chef de Partie you'll support the senior kitchen team in delivering high-quality food while maintaining exceptional standards across the kitchen. Responsibilities

  • Support senior chefs with food preparation, recipe development, and menu creation
  • Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Maintain excellent organization and efficiency within the kitchen
  • Ensure all kitchen areas and equipment are clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations
  • Support and encourage the development of junior kitchen team members
  • Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture

Work Schedule

You will work a five-day week on a rota basis, with shifts that may include:

  • 6.00am - 2.00pm
  • 7.00am - 3.00pm
  • 3.00pm - 11.00pm
