Location: Uppingham, LE15 9QES
Salary: £23,887.50 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (term-time plus)

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner using standardised recipes.
- Ensure all food meets allergen regulations and complies with Natasha\’s Law.
- Complete daily paperwork and maintain food safety records.
- Help with deliveries, food storage, and stock rotation.
- Maintain high kitchen hygiene standards through routine and deep cleaning.
- Work closely with the Chef and Catering Manager to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Some experience in a Commis Chef or similar kitchen role.
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and good organisational skills.
- A real enthusiasm for food and being part of a positive, collaborative team.
Requirements
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Lived in the UK for the past 3 years (essential for security clearance).
- Able to pass enhanced DBS and full security vetting.
