Sharing responsibility with the Chef /Catering Manager for the checking, probing, and signing of all food deliveries, stock ordering and maintaining kitchen records.

Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries.

Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.

A day in the life of a Commis Chef:

You will be set up for success if you have
Experience operating as a Commis Chef or above

Organised with a hands-on ability and strong work ethic

Passion for people and food
This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, (5 out of 7 days shift pattern) Shifts range between 7.30am and 4pm, leaving your evenings free
