We currently have an opportunity for a number of Casual Cocktail Bartenders to join our amazing team at Aramark who are delivering all food and beverage services into Everton Stadium. The role of a cocktail bartender will be passionate about crafting high quality innovative beverages, creating memorable guest experiences in premium bars located within the new Everton Stadium. Ensuring the smooth operation of the bar, you will bring a passion for cocktails, bartending techniques, and customer service while maintaining cleanliness and organisation in a fast‑paced environment and shows considerable attention to detail. The cocktail bartender will be focused on delivering consistency of quality and innovation to keep evolving the offering through matchday relationships with each guest. What you’ll be doing
- The cocktail bartender must be able to provide training to educate restaurant and bar staff about cocktails, ingredients, garnishing, presentation and service. This role requires to work in a fast‑paced environment, ensure all guest transactions are accurately logged through till systems Kappture. To have good alcoholic & non‑alcoholic knowledge and make recommendations, the mixologist will also perform several front of house duties such as the cleanliness of the bar/restaurant. To generate consistency and structure in relevant areas to the required Aramark standards.
- To follow health & safety in the heart of everything you do and lead a health & safety culture. To also demonstrate you take responsibility for your own health & safety and that of others.
- To ensure you are fully aware of the importance of all allergens passed on from supervisor/manager on match‑days. Must have knowledge of alcohol laws and regulations, strong attention to detail and organisation.
- To be able to suggest premium drinks, cocktails, or add‑ons to customers to increase sales and provide a memorable experience.
- Must have attention to detail and precise in measurement and presentation, ensuring that every drink is made to perfection.
- To have basic bar knowledge of setting up stations and breakdown responsibilities as well as delivering a premium service.
- To be approachable with good interpersonal skills and to have basic cocktail knowledge, allergens, drink preparation and garnishes.
- To have good knowledge of the cocktail/wine/food menu and be able to pair and make recommendations. Proactively engage with guests and clients on match‑days to ensure a first‑class premium experience is delivered.
- To support with addressing any guest or client feedback promptly on match‑day and passing on any feedback to supervisor/manager to implement improvements where necessary.
- Ensure all match day procedures are maintained and monitored, and all stock sheets are assed throughout the day, making sure stock transfers, wastage, are checked and signed off.

- Must have standard knowledge of restaurant and bar efficiency.
