Responsibilities
- Take ownership of your section of the kitchen, delivering high-quality dishes and supporting a team that thrives on precision, creativity, and energy.
- Manage your designated kitchen section, ensuring dishes are produced and presented to the highest standard.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu execution and special requests.
- Maintain organisation, cleanliness, and efficiency in your section.
- Mentor and support junior team members where required.
