Aramark is seeking a Chef Manager to lead a Defence contract kitchen at Dale Barracks. You will own day-to-day operations, oversee food production, service, and stock control, and manage a team across multiple kitchens to deliver high-quality meals for personnel, students, and visitors.
The role requires NVQ Level 3 Culinary (or equivalent), strong leadership, numeracy, and Health & Safety knowledge, with the ability to pass Security Vetting and DBS checks.
