We\’re looking for a talented Chef Manager to oversee our catering operations at Dale Acre Campus. Responsibilities
- Taking full responsibility for food production and introducing innovative menu options.
- Designing balanced daily menus that meet customer expectations.
- Collaborating with the Regional Manager to exceed client and customer requirements.
- Managing all aspects of the catering operation, including financial performance (sales, GP, labour, and overheads).
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and HACCP standards.
- Leading, developing, and motivating the catering team.
- Meeting with clients and adapting services to meet evolving needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar food service management role.
- A creative and detail‑oriented approach to menu planning.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. HACCP, Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery).
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Flexibility and a proactive, innovative mindset.
- Full DBS required (provided during onboarding).
- Driving licence required.
