You will be responsible for collaborating with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality, and brand standards.

To be eligible for this role, you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years, have the legal right to work in the UK, and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

- This is a full‑time position, 37.5 hours per week. Shifts can range between 6am and 9pm (7.5 hours per day). Working pattern: 5 days out of 7 (1 in 3 weekends).

A day in the life of a Chef de Partie:
- Reporting to the Sous Chef and working with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality, and brand standards.
- Preparing food for military dining facilities and hospitality events.
- Assisting the Sous Chef with post‑analysis and ensuring all shift opening and closing checklists are completed.
- Learning procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
- Undertaking relevant training as required.
You will be set up for success if you have:
- Relevant culinary qualification.
- Previous experience of working in a kitchen.
- Certificate in food safety (or willingness to obtain via our online e‑learning).
- Excellent team player and communicator.
- DBS and security checks required.
