Bar Team Leader

Aramark UK is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Bar Team Leader to join our Hotel Food & Beverage team at Chessington World of Adventures. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career and take ownership of busy, high‑energy bar operations within a leading resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example to deliver outstanding bar service and consistently achieve the "perfect serve".
• Training, developing, and motivating a large and diverse bar team on shift.
• Supporting Duty Managers and the wider F&B leadership team in the smooth running of bar operations.
• Ensuring all checklists, opening/closing procedures, and cleaning are completed to a high standard.
• Overseeing cellar management, line cleaning, and bar equipment cleanliness in line with Aramark standards.
• Maintaining excellent bar presentation, including stock layout and visual standards to maximise efficiency and sales.
• Driving sales performance while ensuring exceptional guest service at all times.
• Handling guest queries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast‑paced bar environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a hands‑on, proactive approach.
• Great attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
• Knowledge or experience of cellar management and line cleaning procedures.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
