Aramark UK is looking to hire a hands on and reliable Assistant F&B Manager to be based in our park across Alton Towers, ST10 4DB. This is a full time and permanent role reporting to our Senior F&B Manager. As Assistant F&B Manager, you will have responsibility for Food and Beverage units across our park and to work as part of a team to achieve set goals and deliver the magic to our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something very special and you will have the opportunity to be part of a high energy, fun team who delivers excellent customer service each day to all our guests who are ready to have an amazing action-packed day filled with our delicious and innovative food offering!

- Assist with the organisation and running of the food and beverage service across your units.
- Maintain equipment to ensure smooth operation and production.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of your unit, including: operations, paperwork, menu, allergens, and processes.
- Help drive maximum efficiency and production.
- Ensure high standards of customer service.
- Ensure KPI targets are exceeded.
- Complete frequent mystery shop visits on units, as requested.
- Manage and respond to escalated guest complaints.
- Assist with the purchase and control of inventory, as required.
- Complete stock counts (must be on-site during stock counts, unless on annual leave).
- Ensure accurate wasted is recorded.
- Drive sales and control expenses.
- Assist with the recruitment, training and coaching of staff.
- Ensure adherence to schedules and labour budgets.
- Assist with the performance management of your team.
- Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback to your teams.
