Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning duties to a high service and cleanliness standard, following Aramark's policies and procedures to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Work on instruction from the manager and use personal initiative when cleaning at different sites.
- Provide sickness, holiday, and scheduled cleaning cover as required.
- Remain flexible, including evenings and weekend work, to meet company needs.
- Follow Health & Safety sign‑in/out policies.
- Clean designated areas and any areas notified at short notice, achieving a high degree of cleanliness and presentation.
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment correctly.
- Wear company uniform while on duty.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
- Carry out special cleaning tasks as required.
- Dispose of refuse safely at the end of each shift.
- Replenish soap, hand rolls, toilet rolls, and other consumables.
- Assist with department stock takes.
- Store equipment correctly and ensure it is in good working order.
- Report any equipment defects promptly.
- Record lost property accurately and promptly.
- Meet all deadlines for completion of work.
- Handle client queries effectively and quickly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Adhere to Aramark Health & Safety policies.
