The predicted salary is between 22000 - 26000 £ per year.

Monday to Friday 7am- 4.30pm inc breaks / 42.5hrs a week

Responsibilities

  • Post - Collect, sort and deliver all incoming / internal post.
  • Manage and fully record all incoming/outgoing Registered Post.
  • Courier Deliveries
  • OASIS - deliveries and collections
  • Ink cartridge deliveries.
  • First AID kits are to be checked, on a monthly basis.
  • Defibrillator device is routinely checked.
  • Fire Drills - helping out with Fire Drills
  • Water Coolers - monitor the use of the water coolers. Replace water bottles and drinking cups as required. Store correctly.
  • Maintenance issues that are observed to be reported.
  • Waste Removal - All items, are to be removed and disposed of in a proper manner.
  • Promotional Material, Confidential Material - Check storage, confirm, if excess materials can be removed.
  • Electronic Equipment - When required report to IT, the need to process old electronic equipment.
  • Event Calendar Duties throughout the year depending on location - Guided Tours / Christmas Decoration installations etc. which will require assistance and preparation.
  • Moves and Changes - general ad hoc moves within HO Building
