A leading player in the property market, Aramark Property is the largest dedicated Property Management firm in Ireland and has in excess of 600 properties under management and +160 staff working in the Property Management division.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties across multiple geographic regions. You will be responsible for supporting financial performance, maintaining high standards across all sites, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction. This is a home-based role with significant travel across Connaught, North West Ulster and midlands region. There will also be an expectation to attend head office (Dublin) as required for meetings, collaboration, and business needs.

  • Take full ownership of performance across a widely dispersed property portfolio, ensuring alignment with client driven strategic objectives.
  • Monitor property performance and implement improvement strategies where required.
  • Prepare and manage budgets across multiple properties.
  • Support rent/service charge collection and minimise arrears.
  • Review financial reports and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and clients across full property portfolio.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all properties.
  • Manage contractors and service providers across different regions.
  • Ensure all properties meet relevant H&S standards.
  • Travel regularly to key locations to maintain oversight.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and contractor performance.
  • Maintain accurate records using property management systems.

Proven experience in property management (multi-site or regional preferred), strong financial and budgeting skills, experience managing contractors, and willingness to travel regularly are essential. A relevant degree in Property, Real Estate, or Business and experience working across different regulatory environments is also required. Familiarity with property management software systems is advantageous.
