Step into the spotlight and take charge where passion meets performance! We're on the lookout for driven, dynamic premium Match Day Restaurant Managers and supervisors to lead our premium team at the New Everton Stadium in Bramley Moore Dock. From pre-match buzz, you'll be the captain behind the scenes ensuring seamless service and top-tier guest experiences as part of the premium operations team, supporting the day-to-day running of the premium department on match days. This is a casual role, working on event days, match days and more!

Pay: £18.00 per hour

What you’ll be doing:

  • Track inventory levels and ensure all stock inventory is up to date.
  • Address customer feedback and complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Management and training of a large team, developing operational standards and upholding the same within own behaviours.
  • Training and supervising the team.
  • Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations.
  • Continually look for ways to optimise sales and profitability.
  • Be open to observe, capture and act on client and customer feedback.

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

  • Min 1 years’ experience in premium restaurants and bars environment essential.
  • Experience in fine dining, casual dining and bars.
  • Strong leadership qualities and excellent communicator.
  • Strong organisation skills and commercial awareness – sees beyond the obvious and is resourceful in seizing opportunities and solving problems.
