The Barista plays a key role in delivering an outstanding café experience by preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Coffee & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, juices, smoothies, and other beverages to café standards.
- Maintain consistency in recipes, flavour, and presentation.
- Assist with calibration of espresso machines and grinders.
- Monitor stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and related supplies.
- Prepare batches for juices, smoothies and all necessary ingredients following the par levels.
Customer Service
- Provide a friendly, welcoming experience for all guests.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Educate customers about menu items, coffee options, and brewing methods.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve minor concerns in a positive manner.
