Paralegal (Property Litigation)

Join ARAG Law at an exciting time of positive change and sustained growth! We're expanding our Legal teams and are looking for a Property Litigation Paralegal to join our Complex Litigation department.

• Manage a caseload of property litigation matters for a broad client base, progressing files efficiently and accurately.
• Resolve disputes commercially-through mediation and other ADR approaches-adapting your strategy to the case.
• Deliver work to a high standard, with strong risk awareness and a consistent focus on excellent client service.
• Work towards agreed billing targets, managing time and financials effectively.

You communicate clearly and professionally, take pride in your attention to detail, and are comfortable working with autonomy. You're personable and approachable, with a strong customer-service mindset and the confidence to build trust with clients and colleagues. You'll also bring:

• A working knowledge of property law and civil procedure.
• Experience running a busy caseload and knowing when to escalation or seek guidance.
• A sense of ownership for every client interaction, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
• Confidence using case management systems and managing time and costs effectively.
• Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Because these disputes can be highly contentious, we're looking for someone who is confident in client-facing conversations and can demonstrate resilience, professionalism and empathy.
