Join ARAG as an Operations Executive and build a varied career across customer service and administration. You’ll be part of a busy, supportive team where no two days are the same, so this role will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, switching confidently between tasks and managing competing priorities. Based at our Dublin office with hybrid working, you’ll provide a customer focused service while collaborating closely with colleagues across the team. We’ll help you succeed from day one with full training, a friendly and supportive working environment, and fully funded study towards an APA qualification in insurance over four years.,
- Answering incoming calls and accurately taking information to pass onto various team members.
- Liaising with Operations Manager and the Team in relation to all admin work.
- General office duties including post, acting as a first point of contact for answering telephones both switch and legal advice calls.
- Managing stationery control and distribution
- Dealing with couriers - keeping logs up to date and checking invoices.
- Work as part of the team to ensure our Motor Breakdown account is documented, validated and sent for payment within appropriate timelines.
- Credit Control and Accounts - dealing with broker accounts, issuing statements on a monthly basis, issuing and preparing invoices and managing incoming invoices and ensuring payments are made. Management of petty cash receipts and payments.
- Assisting with specific sales campaigns.
- Liaise with Account Executives / Managers as required. Experience with an insurance and/or claims environment/or customer facing, or service environment is desirable but not essential. However, must be willing to complete 3 APA Insurance Exams within 4 years of start date of commencement of employment.
- Ability to demonstrate good customer service and competent with taking incoming telephone calls.
- Ability to communicate at all levels and on all formats in a clear, practical and informative way.
- Deliver a high-quality performance.
- Have a desire to improve and take ownership of own personal development.
- Possess an aptitude to work with different computer and telephony packages.
