ARAG Law is seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Client Onboarding Administrator to join our Legal Operations team in Bristol. You will play a vital part in shaping our clients' first experience with us and provide excellent support to individuals seeking legal services.
Responsibilities
- Contact new clients to gather key information and support the onboarding process
- Open and maintain new files on our case management system across multiple law departments
- Provide administrative support to legal teams as required
- Handle client communications via phone, email and post
- Respond to tasks within shared mailboxes and support the smooth running of the wider team
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role such as retail, call centres, hospitality or similar environments
- Knowledge of legal processes an advantage but not essential – full training and ongoing support will be provided
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to ensuring good customer outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Flexible, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
