  • Translate business needs into technical deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and estimation.
  • Promote Agile and embed Scrum or Kanban practices.

  • Encourage quality through TDD, CI/CD, and peer reviews.
  • Contribute to shared standards and reusable frameworks.
  • Build strong relationships across Product, QA, Infra, and Business teams.
  • Communicate team progress, plans, and challenges.
  • Serve as technical contact and domain expert.

About You: We are looking for someone with experience managing and leading Agile development teams and mentoring others. You will need effective communication skills to work across technical and non-technical groups, and the ability to coach, inspire, and make confident decisions that balance business and technical needs. You should have a solid grasp of modern software engineering practices, Agile methodologies including being a Scrum Master (Scrum/Kanban), and extensive knowledge in tools like Visualfiles, Azure DevOps or Jira. Experience with secure coding, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing is important. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to manage priorities in a demanding environment are key. You will have a history of delivering complex solutions on time and to a high standard. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is welcome. Technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Java) are a bonus.

We encourage our people to work flexibly and achieve a work-life balance that works for them. In return for your commitment, we will offer you generous remuneration and a benefits package to include:
