ARAG Law in the West of England is seeking an Associate to join our Property Litigation team. You will handle a range of property disputes including property damage, trespass and nuisance, and work with clients to deliver practical, commercial solutions.
The role may involve supervising more junior lawyers and delivering high quality client service while meeting billing targets. Experience with Civil Procedure Rules, litigation from inception to trial, and ADR experience are desirable.
