ARAG UK is seeking an Innovation Engineer for its Research & Development team within Digital Services.

The role focuses on researching, experimenting with, and prototyping emerging technologies, especially AI and Microsoft-based solutions.

You will work with stakeholders across IT, legal and compliance to shape ideas and hand over to delivery teams.

You will explore tools, build proofs of concept, assess feasibility, and contribute to adoption through clear documentation and adoption kits.
