About the Role
These are exciting times at ARAG UK, and we have an excellent opportunity for an HR Operations Manager to join our hard‑working and friendly People and Property department. As an integral part of the People Shared Services management team, you will lead the strategic design and delivery of HR systems, employee lifecycle workflows, and HR analytics. You’ll have the opportunity to own the HRIS (HR Information System), whilst overseeing the HR ticketing system and driving automation and service improvements. In addition, you will look to shape timely, intuitive employee interactions across key life‑cycle moments such as onboarding, maternity leave and many more.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting and improving the operational backbone of a high‑growth, people‑first organisation, including leading the workforce planning cycle in conjunction with the HRBP and Finance teams. This is an opportunity to shape the HRIS strategy, elevate the quality of employee experience, and influence data‑driven people initiatives across the business, while managing a talented support team.
