ARAG UK Group is looking for a Claims Handler to join our team in Bristol. The claims department is central to our legal expenses insurance provision. We are seeking individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and willing to put in the extra effort. Flexible working is available, with most colleagues working from home part‑time.
As a Claims Handler you can expect to:
- Manage a diverse range of claims, focusing on excellent customer service.
- Oversee the customer experience throughout the claim life‑cycle, from first contact through evidence investigation to claims outcome decisions, showing empathy and compassion.
- Provide clear, concise and accurate information to customers, business partners and internal stakeholders.
- Develop knowledge of ARAG products and policies to assess and identify claims, and manage appointments of litigators and solicitors where necessary.
