ARAG Law in Bristol is seeking a Senior Associate to manage a varied caseload of professional negligence claims across solicitors, barristers, surveyors and accountants.
You will work on behalf of individuals and business clients within the Complex Litigation unit.
You will lead cases from inception to ADR or trial, supervise junior fee-earners, and ensure adherence to the SRA Code of Conduct while contributing to the team's growth and profitability.
