Arabica is seeking a talented, motivated Head Chef to join our vibrant team in the heart of London. Arabica has a reputation for a modern take on Eastern Mediterranean cuisine, we are passionate about bold flavours, high-quality ingredients, and warm hospitality. Head Chef responsibilities:

  • Manage all daily kitchen operations
  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team to maintain high culinary standards
  • Assist the Executive Chef with menu development and seasonal specials
  • Ensure all dishes are executed consistently and beautifully
  • Oversee stock management, ordering, and food cost control
  • Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene practices

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef or you could be an ambitious Strong Sous Chef ready to step up; we have a fantastic training and development & supportive operations team to develop into a Head Chef
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills. Work collaboratively with General Manager & Executive Chef
  • A passion for Mediterranean flavours and fresh, vibrant cooking
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
