The Role
As our Restaurant Manager, you are the heart of the floor . You aren’t just managing shifts; you are a role model and mentor who anticipates guest needs before they even arise . You are the key link between our staff and the management team .
What you’ll be doing

Owning the Floor: Overseeing the restaurant to ensure the team provides quick, efficient, and professional service at all times .

Building the Team: Identifying training needs and actively coaching staff to help them succeed .

Setting the Standard: Managing the setup and breakdown of the restaurant to ensure it always meets our high policies and standards .

Driving Growth: Leading the team to maximize sales through expert upselling and attentive service .

Solving Problems: Acting as the first point of contact for guest feedback and resolving any issues with professional grace .

The Tech & Prep: Running the pre-service "huddles" to brief the team on specials and mastering the POS (Lightspeed) system .
