Position Details
- Execute the piping installation strategy as defined by the Construction Director, including preparation and submission of reports.
- Develop the detailed execution plan and schedule to ensure that all activities within the discipline are completed in accordance with the overall project timeline.
- Liaise with engineering and procurement to ensure the availability on site of the documents and materials required for execution of disciplinary works.
- Enforce company rules to ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
- Implement Arabelle Solutions’ EHS policy and the site-specific EHS plan. Inform employees and subcontractors about site hazards, risks, and applicable mitigation measures.
- Participate in corrective and preventive actions to address any quality deviations in order to eliminate or minimize financial impact for Arabelle Solutions.
- Ensure and maintain the creation of final quality documentation that accurately reflects work execution.
- Be involved in coordination with other departments and services to support the transition to commissioning.
- Close out punch lists / outstanding items.
- Ensure compliance with prevention policies related to activities that may have adverse effects on the environment.
- Ensure that all subcontractor installation resources maintain work areas in a safe and clean condition and that all installed materials are properly preserved and protected.

- Education: University degree in Mechanical Engineering (equivalent to Bachelor’s/Master’s degree) or equivalent.
- Professional Experience: Experience in construction site execution and subcontractor management. In-depth knowledge of industrial piping. Commercial awareness. General knowledge of power plant systems. Multicultural mindset – ability to motivate and get the best out of people from different countries and cultures.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
