Arabelle Solutions, part of the EDF Group, is a leader in nuclear turbine island technologies. We are looking for a detail-oriented Tooling Associate to support outage operations by ensuring that all tooling kits are prepared, maintained, and delivered accurately and on time. This role is critical to operational success and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate operational purchasing to ensure timely delivery of supporting inventories.
  • Prepare and dispatch tooling kits for scheduled outages, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.
  • Verify that each kit prepared for outages contains the correct tools and components.
  • Address discrepancies proactively to avoid delays.
  • Perform regular checks and maintenance of tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor tooling stock levels to prevent shortages.
  • Coordinate with procurement or relevant departments to replenish inventory as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Equipment Tooling Management (ETM) system to ensure traceability and compliance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Engineering apprenticeship, technical qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with inventory management and kit preparation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • SAP experience is beneficial.
